Taurean Engelbrecht – Always Willing to Help
Taurean has been recognised for his dedication and his constant willingness to lend a hand.
Whether it is part of his normal responsibilities or simply an opportunity to support a colleague, Taurean consistently demonstrates the kind of team spirit that makes a difference on the factory floor.
His willingness to step in, contribute and help get the job done is a great example of what it means to be part of the Roemer’s team.
Sihko Thomas – Sharing Skills with Patience
Thomas has been recognised for the patience and technique he demonstrates when training others.
Knowledge and experience become even more valuable when they are shared. Taking the time to teach someone properly, explain a process and help another employee develop their skills plays an important part in building a stronger team and protecting the knowledge we have developed at Roemer’s over generations.
Thomas’s approach to training reflects exactly that.
